Give, Play, Swap! Join Us for the 3rd Annual Dink n’ Swap
Get ready, Club 509! Our April Social is shaping up to be one of our biggest events of the year. We’re combining our love for the game with a great cause and a chance to refresh your gear bag.
Whether you’re looking for a new paddle, wanting to help local animals, or just looking for some competitive organized play, this is the place to be.
🐾 The “Give”: Supporting Benton-Franklin Humane Society
This month, our hearts are with our furry friends. We are hosting a fundraiser for the Benton-Franklin Humane Society, and we need your help to support the local shelter.
What to bring:
- Pet food (dog or cat)
- Toys and cleaning supplies
- Cash donations
🏓 The “Play”: Organized Member Play
We’ve reserved Courts 1-8 for exclusive, organized member play. We’ll have the music pumping and the “pickleball vibe” in full swing. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet other members and test out that “new-to-you” gear you just swapped!
🔄 The “Swap”: Gear Swap Meet
Clean out your gear bags! Club 509 members have the exclusive ability to set up and sell or trade new or used pickleball items.
- Tables: Available at the park on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Items: Bring paddles, bags, shoes, or apparel you’re looking to trade or sell.
🍔 Food & Drinks
After we work up an appetite on the courts, stick around! We’ll be grilling up burgers and hot dogs at noon to wrap up the event. Don’t forget about the pets. Pet food, supplies or cash donations are welcome.
